- yes you take two layers of water-soluble skin, and do it well stretched tight in the hope. and if it is very large ,I do pins on the edge of hope that it can not move, and now everything is going good to me sucses with the angels,hope you understand a little wath i see .have a nice day!!

Elaine said… - Good Morning Melaine, I am glad you like the TP...lol I et my bags at Michael's. They are the extra small. Depending on what TP you use as to how it fits. I use Costco but have to unroll a bit of it as it is too big around. I use it as it compactly wound and fits firmly in the bag. The paper needs to be about 4" across to fit nicely. The snugger the bags the better it looks. Have fun. I did a lot with the Christmas theme also.
