It wasn't the production, he thought I wouldn't go out and market myself. Just an excuse so he can keep his money in the bank, richer than Midas and as stingy.

Aww..that's a bummer. What did he suggest you do to be able to increase production?

Wow, Love your little bags, I like the clear fronts, I am going to have to try to digitze and design one of these. I have done an in the hoop nurse doll and a blank wine coaster also a teddy bear softie. Once again great job

no I didn't get the machine, my hubby decided I didn't need it after he said he would help me finance my new business. This isn't the first time he has done this but it will be the last.

Well, Sandy, did you get your machine, and how do you like it so far?

Going Commercial

I went and saw a demo on the Melco Amaya XT. It is sure going to make my life easier and more productive. I am getting 5 days of training, Only problem is that they are saying it could take 30 days for it to get here in Costa Rica. Patience, Patience. Sandy in Costa Rica

I have realized Christmas is just around the corner, and I haven´t done one thing and doesn´t look like I will even be getting my tree out. I am stuck in Golfito doing a job and then have 100 bar stools to do after this. Wanted to go home for Christmas(northern CA) but thats a no go. I am currently working at a hotel and went to sew this morning and the grease trap overflowed and guess what I have to go by it to be able to do my sewing and doesn´t look like the hotel staff is in a hurry to clean… Continue

Hi Sandy

it is very nice of you to offer this wonderful and funny design that you have done from a JPEG. I would love to have it, if you have the time to send it to me. I would love it in pes format if that is possible. My email address is megefg@sbcglobal.net

Mark, you can sew the reflectors on an organza or tulle, I would use water soluble on top with same color thread in the bobbin for each color.

I have the old version of Embird so I am probably of no help to you, I hear the new one has a larger learning curve. There is a couple of Embird forums on Yahoo you can join they can help with the newer version where I can't. One group is called AbsolutelyEmbird, There also may be a regular forum you can join, guess you will have to try and goggle it.

Hi Sandy,
I noticed you are freinds with some of my friends! I wanted to correspond with you! How long have you lived in Costa Rica?? We have visited there.
I live in Florida. I used to teach arts and crafts on cruise ships, so we visited many ports. But Costa Rica was a favorite.
I have a Husqvarna Viking machine. I really enjoy it. I also make jewelry. If you visit my page, you will see my pictures.
I hope you will add me as a friend and write to me!
Blessings,
Sue Smith
