Nice, afghans. Isn't cancer a bummer? We shouldn't have to think about getting things done quickly, is this a hard pattern to do? Very pretty. Your Grandkids will love to have a special snuggly blanket.

O.K. world, as a few of you all know I am new at the emb... and have just been released from the hospital, where they done emergency surgery to remove 2 cancer tumors from my brain....and believe me if I could have taken my machine to the hospital I would have...I have a few projects to finish that I started before I went to the emergency room....and not gonna tackle any big projects until I see what my options are..

Designs that I use

Alot of my designs come from out of state, I have an aunt that purchases stuff for me and mailes the disc to me, so I can get new designs all the time....different states have access to different designs.... she buys stuff when people trade machines in, and get new ones and let old designs go with the old machines....check your local dealers for these disc or cards....it sure helps

Glad to hear that you have kept the bigger designs. You never know!!!! Thanks for the comment about giving you ideas - I always think that I shouldn't put up anymore photos = I have so many to put up and hate flooding the front page!!!!

Hi Gail, had the wolves and eagle design for years before I could stitch it.
Originally I only collected the 4x4 designs, and then one day I decided that I would get the bigger designs in the hope that one day (lol) I would have a machine that could stitch them. Well, 13 years later and I have the machine, so now I'm hunting through all my big designs for ones I want to do. The other thing I used to do was go into Embird and split the designs into more manageable pieces. I did just the Wolf on a jacket - cut all the rest of the design out. Then I reduced it slightly so it would fit. That's another option for you.

Your welcome...it is an adorable design but I don't need to by buying $10.00 in designs just to get one....maybe later....I'll keep it on the back burner...Knowing me the burner will go out and I'll forget where it is....
