Ethel. Good point about finding some used Bernina software. I wasn't thinking about an older version of Editor Lite, but I agree Shari should be able to buy a copy at a reasonable price. Still, I had thought I had seen a 30-day trial of SW that would allow reformatting to ART. Just can't remember which brand of SW that was.

I have the 730 artista and believe the sofware works. It's Bernina and you can find it on Ebay very cheap. I thank you have to have a key to use the soft ware. Call a Bernina dealer and they are always very helpful.

Congratulations on your new Bernina 200. I think you'll love it. As far as converting your PES designs to ART format, I have Bernina's Designer Plus 5.0 software. Expensive, but nice.

I had thought Embird supported the conversion of PES to ART. I believe there are old posts under the general SICK forum. You may find something under a search. But hopefully one of our Bernina users will have a recommendation for you. I'll also try to dig thru my notes to see if I can find anything for you.

I just bought a used Bernina 200 and it does so much more then my brothers although I understand my brothers better so Since it was used I didn't get any software with it so I need all the help I can get on what I should look for in software. I also have loads of Pes designs for my brothers that I would love to be able to also use on the bernina but can't seem to find the software to change it from pes to ART. I have wilcom's truesizer, explorations sizer and the magician sizer oh and the trial version of Embird... lol so far no luck, any ideas?

That sounds like fun. I don't have my new machine yet so I hav't even taken the classes. I'd love to try after the classes. That way maybe I could share something with you all then

I would love to join this group. I have the Bernina artista 730 and the new software and almost lost my mind before I figured out how to us everything. Still learning and always open to new ideas.

Hi! Would like to join this group, as I have a Bernina 730E. I do not have the Artista Designer software yet. May I join? Thanks! Charlotte in NC, USA

Hi I just joined. I just got V5 software to go with my new 830 when it comes. I'm on a waiting list. Hopeing I can learn from you all here. I know nothing about how to digitize

I do not have a current digitizing project i am working on, as I just move from Port Orchard, Washintton to El Cajon, California. and left all my Bernina, and Artista books in Port Orchard home. I will be going back in April for a few weeks then I will move all of my sewing room down here to El Cajon.

It is the the Bernina Artista Designer Plus that I have.
I do like it. I have made an applique sunbonnet and made her a lace design also. I tried to do a quilting lady working on a patchwork quilt but it became a little intence. and my cornering was bad. I need to Read and learn how to fix it.
