When I insert my memory stick into my machine, it won't read all the designs I know I have on it.  Does anyone know how to make all the designs appear? Thanks!

1. The machine can not read into folders, so if you have put the designs in a folder the machine won't see the d]esign. Therfore just load the designs you want by themselves.
2. the machines by babylock can only readdesigns with a prefix .pes or .dst. If the designs don't have those two prefixes the machine won't see the design.

I know it is as clear as mud, but I tried.

Thanks so much for your reply. The designs are not in folders, just listed singlely. Can there be too many on a stick and they not show up on the machine? All I did this afternoon was add one more design I made on Designer Studio, saved it as a .pes ( I think) then whoosh! only one page shows up on the stick in the sewing machine instead of my usual 5 pages. The designs were there this morning, I know the designs are on the stick, my laptop shows them as still being there. It's the sewing machine that can't read the 5 pages anymore. My dealer when out of business :-( so I am sol until I find another dealer somewhere or you wonderful people on this site help me.

Thanks,
Claudia
don't know if you know this or not, but sometimes when I hit delete pattern I was in the wrong place and it would delete if from my stick instead.

Machine can only read so many, Put them in your computer first, then only transfer 3-5 at a time to your memory stick. This way your machine can "see" them. Unless your machine has it's memory full. DO not keep your designs on your machine. I delete mine when I finish. This way the memory stick has them. These are cheap and I use different ones for type of designs.
Borders, Children, Peter Rabbit, Pooh,Toy Story, Kitchen, sea, elegant alphabets, etc. I also use the empty MENTOS containers for each type(different colors). I am new to machine embroidery so I am learning. I do not own any software so I am trying out the free stuff.
