I got my embird32 with Digitizing, sfumato and iconizer, have been playing with it now I learn I started from the front, should have been from the back to the front, but love the program already have paying customers for logo work so off to learn to do it and get paid for it.

Permalink Reply by Sandy Fuller on September 14, 2009 at 6:25am: anna I found the tracing tool does like auto dig was in a hurry to do a custom logo and now I am trying to figure out how to merge my colors and make it into the right size so I can have a sample sewn by thurs. Hope you have fun with yours maybe we can make our own group here and Fairynut will join us because she seems to be going great guns with her wonderful work.; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Sandy Fuller on September 14, 2009 at 10:45am: The Tracing tool is below the pencil almost at the end on the left hand tool strip, stitched out my design looks good just have to go back into edit and do alittle tweaking. will post picture when I have time.

Permalink Reply by Sandy Fuller on September 17, 2009 at 5:10am: The design is what is on a boat, the only thing I changed in the design was it had black tracing around the (el) most of it was manual digitizing and then some I used the tracing tool for like the small black areas and the yellow outline which I then changed from outline to auto collum to about a 1.3 and the black area's did an out -line and converted that to satin and change it to .7, after design was thru went back in and did a little tweaking still. Have fun with your tutorials, I did the embird nut one twice and got the hang next on to sfumtoon; ▶ Reply to This

If you go to YAHOO Groups there are several groups for Embird. The two that I can think of are Embird 101 and Fly with Embird. You will have to join them to be able to post and read their answer. I belong to both of them and I find reading their questions and answers helpful.
