Question... What are Tshirt tabs

Downloading the new designs on Sick, I am at loss what you do with those tshirt tabs. I downloaded them but what to do with them now..lol?

someone posted a pic on the dutch forum about these and she found it on another threat (don't know from who) but this was the pic.
