Do you mean muslin?
It's known by a variety of brand names,
generically it's vanishing muslin or disapearing muslin.

There is vanishing muslin.
A special heat sensitive woven fabric that disintegrates with a hot iron, then brushes away easily.
Sulky make it under the name of "Heat-Away".
