Monday Night Chat

We have set up a time for us to have a chat. We are meeting in Stitch Chat on Monday nights starting at 10 p.m. EDT. We invited everyone to come join us. This is a time to catch up with friends and be inspired by our sewing projects as well as ask questions.

We are also trying to put together a regular chat time on the weekends and would like feed back on whether Saturday or Sunday would be best and the time frame of the chat. It was suggested perhaps Saturday around 2 p.m. EDT would be good for those who can not stay up late in the Eastern time zone or are overseas in opposite time zones to USA.

Chime in and lets get together.

Permalink Reply by Linda Sue on April 26, 2009 at 10:34am: EDT stands for Eastern Daylight Time We Sping forward one hour in the early Spring to supposably add more day light time for summer activities and then Fall back to Eastern Time in the late Fall. It doesn't make much sense to me but that is the definition.

Eastern time zone is 6 hours behind that of Rotterdam. I hope this helps. So 10 pm Monday Eastern time would be 4am tuesday morning in rotterdam.; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Margaret on May 24, 2009 at 5:37am: To find the chat the link is at the bottom right of your screen, in the bottom bar, there are symbols like a little bowling pin and a red spot. Click on that and then on the up arrow with a line above it. That will open the chat window.
When you first open the stitch chat page the little icons don't appear straight away, they take a few seconds before they 'arrive'.; ▶ Reply to This
