A place for embroidery people to meet

accessing website

I paid a l yr subscription to sweetembroidery.com, they sent the e-mail info but it won't work to get on the site to download the designs and there doesn't seem to be any way to contact them. Can anyone help me?

Yes I login and everything look like it's going to work and then I get a login error when I submit it. I'm using the password etc. they sent to my e-mail addess.
